Teacher (Full Year/Full Day)
The Teacher works closely with the Head Teacher to ensure implementation of the Head Start program's performance standards in relation to the operation of the classroom. Duties include direct work with children, classroom management, classroom maintenance, constant communication and documentation.
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 7:00am - 2:30pm/10:00 am - 5:30 pmSalary: $15.15 to $16.50 per hour based on degree and experience)
Program Aide (Full Year/Full Day)
The Program Aide works as a team with the Head Teacher and Teacher to implement Head Start Performance Standards related to the operation of the preschool classroom.
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pmSalary: $10.10 to $11.25 per hour based on degree and experience
Program Manager, Residential
The Program Manager provides administrative oversight, leadership and program support to the Residential program. The Program Manager supervises the Residential Supervisors and is responsible for ensuring that the residential program complies with all licensing, regulatory and DDS requirements (including the CLA Homes, CRS Homes & Individualized Supported Homes). As a member of the Community Connections management team, this position works collaboratively to assist in developing systems that allow for high quality and efficient programs.

Hours: Saleried Exempt
Salary: $40,000 - $47,320/Annually DOE
Creative, caring individuals needed to work in our residential program for adults with intellectual disabilities. The Residential Counselor will provide services to residential clients in the areas of daily living activities and independent skills based on need. Residential Counselors implement behavior programs and facilitate and promote community integration. Residential Counselors are expected to maintain a clean, safe and healthy environment for the residential clients and are required to stay on shift until relieved by another staff member.
Life Skills Coach Ė ID (part time)
Creative, caring individuals needed to provide services in day program for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Coaches will be expected to drive own vehicle to and from clientís residential setting. The position involves 1:1 engaging with clients out in the community setting to learn or maintain everyday living skills.
Hours: 20 hours per week: Monday through Friday Flex between the hours of 8:00am - 6:00pm.
Salary: Starting at $13.00 per hour, DOE
Life Skills Coach (full time)
Creative, caring individuals needed to provide services in day program for adults with intellectual disabilities and behavioral challenges. Coaches may be expected to pick up and drop off clients when scheduled, using agency vehicle, and will also drive clients on field trips. Coaches will be required to obtain and maintain Public Service License.
Hours: 33 hours per week, Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri, 8:45am - 3:15pm. Thu 8:45am - 3:45pm
Salary: Starting at $12.50 per hour, DOE
